William E. Taylor Division is a unit of the United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps (USNSCC), based out of New Castle, Delaware and recruiting from Delaware, Southeast Pennsylvania, South New Jersey, and Eastern Maryland. Our mission of the William E. Taylor Division is to expose youth 11-17 years old in our region to the full rigors of a military training program. USNSCC prepares its cadets for whatever path they may take after high school.
